In the first step of our process, Five Star Recruiting meets with you to discuss your criteria for the perfect candidate and to learn about your company. We discuss your expectations for our client partner relationship and provide our insight into your situation.

Find & Vet Candidates

In the next step, we find candidates using an inbound and outbound targeting approach. We are very selective trying to locate the right candidate.  We don’t rely exclusively on what a candidate looks like on paper as interpersonal skills, related experience, and reliability are what is crucial here.

Submit Candidates For Review

Based on our discussions with you, we locate a specific number of candidates to provide for you for review. These candidates will be provided background on your company and understand the role you are looking to fill.

Coordinate Interviews

We will find times that are a good fit for all parties involved for your interview with the candidates. Our scheduling tools will be valuable here.

We provide a 90 Day Guarantee behind every direct-hire candidate placed by our company. If you are unhappy with the candidate during this time frame, we will replace them with the right candidate without additional cost or expense to you.
